| The great majorities of our tour leaders are trained in outdoor first aid and AMS and keep in depth knowledge of culture and region. Although it is not mandatory to have qualification but training and experience gained whilst qualifying contributes gradually to the success and enjoyment of our trips.

The leaders have a broad base of experience from which our groups benefit greatly. All our leaders are carefully selected for their appropriate experience, leadership skills and personal attitude. They are all qualified in mountain first aid and are provided opportunities to attain specialist-training courses.
